Britta Carlson (Latto) [2009] Torrance, CA. After two years of teaching in Euclid, I taught for three years in Lakewood, Ohio. While there I met and married my husband, Bill in 1967. Martha Dunn was a bridesmaid. Bill is a mechanical engineer and worked for NASA. In 1969 we moved to Torrance, California when Bill took a job here. We have three children, a son and two daughters. When they were in preschool I resumed teaching at both Christian and public schools. I’m retired now and enjoy spending time with our children and five grandchildren, gardening, church, friends, traveling, quilting, our dog, two senior cats, and two kittens. Your class was the very first class I taught. I wish I could do it over again with experience I now have. You were a great bunch of kids, and it is fun to see what you are doing as adults. | |
